How do you maintain your good humor, when you are surrounded by so many problems? Don't you realize there's an uprising (or a war, or a strike, or an invasion, or another crisis) going on? Don't you realize that the economy has collapsed? This is a time for mourning, not for being cheerful! Wake up!

"I apologize for upsetting the sensitivities of the breast beaters. You correctly realize how bad it really is. I never noticed. It must have been an oversight.
"I'll have to stop doing something about the problems and start worrying about them."
which ought to be written
on every heart;
never to believe anything bad
about anybody
unless you positively know it
to be true;
and never to tell that
unless you feel
that it is absolutely necessary,
and that G-d is listening
while you tell it.
- Henry van Dyke
