From time to time, you may see one or more words in Hebrew. However, they will not look like Hebrew. They will look like gibberish.
You do know how to read Hebrew, right? If so, you can read Hebrew text on most recent computers with a few clicks.
The menu on that screen may have a View-Encoding option; click on "More..." and then on Hebrew - Windows.
Alternatively, you may have to right click the document to arrive at that option.
If you still can't read Hebrew, then you may have to view the words through a newer computer, or through your friend's Hebrew-enabled Windows.
Be sure to follow the latest technical information about using Hebrew on your computer.
In addition, be sure to check up on the Israeli and the Jewish language forums.
