  Punch line, usually sarcastic

  "Where do you want to go now" line

  First line links to the local directory

  Other lines link to related files

  Colored stripe with classroom review questions

  Usually blank; you may have suggestions

  Bottom flush right - Real file name

  Please note this file name when reporting comments

  In addition, please note the first word(s) of the paragraph that contains the problem
