I think
computer viruses
should count as life.
I think it says something
about human nature
that the only form of life
we have created so far
is purely destructive.
We've created life
in our own image

Simply stated, a virus is a little program that is written by a bad person.

This virus takes over a certain aspect of your computer, doing things that you probably would prefer to avoid.

That virus can attach itself to another file or to your operating system. It can modify a file. It can cause a series of events to occur without your intervention. It can be programmed to run a sequence of operations, based upon criteria that are determined by the person who wrote the virus.

The results are unpredictable. That virus removes your control over your own computer.
