Clive Francis has had a long and successful career as a caricaturist.
He's had two exhibits at the National Theatre, illustrated the books of others, and done cover art for book jackets. He's also had four books of his caricatures published, with another on the way.
His books are:
Laugh Lines (1989), Sir John: The Many Faces of John Gielgud (1995), There is Nothing Like A Dane, the Lighter Side of Hamlet (1998), and There is Nothing Like a Thane, the Lighter Side of Macbeth (2001).

Clive did the program illustration for the John Gielgud Centenary Gala, and also performed on-stage at the event which took place on April 19, 2004.
