This is definately
one of my favorite herbs. The medicinal parts of this herb are, the rootstock,
the roots and the seeds. (Although smoking the leaves is said to cause
visions.) Take Angelica tea to stimulate the appetite, to relieve muscle
spasms and to stimulate kidney action. It is useful for all kinds of stomach
and intestinal difficulties. This tea will "warm" the body in the sense
that it stimulates the movement of the blood. Externally when used as a
salve, it can relieve minor aches and pains. (Grind the rootstock into
a fine powder for best results.) In the bath, the herb calms the nerves.....š
When added to a bath it is said to remove all curses or hexes and any spell
cast against you.š When used as incense, it seems to vibrate at a
very high level, which is good for repelling any negative energy in the
area. It is great for cleansing a circle/ It can be used in all protection
and exorcism incenses.š Because the herb vibrates at such a high rate
it works well in healing incenses. (Although I would mix it with something
as the odor is very strong.) It is similar in both its effects and its
vibration to the Chinese Dong quai but has less of Dong Quai's blood building
properties. It is also carried as a gambling talisman by some American
Indian tribes. I like to mix it in tea, the bath, or incense and have found
that when using any of the three all negativity leaves. Anyway I thought
I would tell you guys about one of my favorite herbs............
