Age groups: 0-23months, 24-35 months, 3yrs, 4yrs, 5yrs, 6yrs, 7yrs, 8yrs,
9-10yrs, 11-12yrs, 13-15yrs, 16 & upyrs
The beauty competition will be judged on facial beauty and personality. There is a 1.5 minute (90 second) time limit on stage. There will be a queen and 4 alternates crowned in each age group. The queen will receive a rhinestone crown, a monogrammed banner, a box of toys, and a $500 savings bond. All alternates will receive a beautiful plaque and a super gift!

You may enter additional photos at $25 each. Remember, your highest photogenic score from each judge is used in calculating your Grand Supreme and Mini Supreme score.
The National mini-supreme queens will receive a rhinestone crown, banner, special gift, and a $1000 bond! Mini Supreme is determined by your beauty score and your highest optional event score.

There will be 12 Grand Supreme Queens crowned. The Grand Supreme Queens will receive a large rhinestone crown, title banner, and a $4000 bond! You must enter all events to qualify for the Grand Supreme award. The Grand Supreme Queen is determined by the beauty score and the 1 highest optional event score. (photogenic, pro-am or print model)
There will be a queen and 3 alternates crowned in each age group. Judges will be scoring on stage presentation, modeling ability, neatness and fit of garment. There is a 2-minute (120 second) time limit on stage. Your pro-am may be sportswear, westernwear or casual wear. You may wear fancy or plain. The National queen will receive a beautiful plaque. The alternates will also receive a plaque. Remember the higher score of Photogenic or Pro-Am will be used in calculating the Grand Supreme and Mini-Supreme score. The cost for this event is $50.00
We will crown one National print model queen, and 3 alternates in each age group. Print Model should be a full length photo - color or black & white. We are looking for your best portfolio shot. More than one Print Model photo may be submitted. Extra print model shots are $25 each. The highest score will be used.
Print Model is an optional event, but if your print model score is higher than your photogenic or pro am score then it will be used in calculating the Grand and Mini-Supreme score.

There will be a 0-5 and 6-up winner in each of the above catagories. Along with this National title, the queens will receive a rhinestone crown, title banner, fabulous gift and a $500 bond!
Our National Pageant will be held at the Ramada Inn, 700 Riverside Drive, Jeffersonville IN 47130
The hotel is North of downtown Louisville KY, at Exit 0 as you cross the bridge into Indiana on I-65.

**You may compete as of your age July 1, 2001 or you may move up one age group.
**Judges scores and decisions are final. Any display of bad sportsmanship will result in disqualification with NO refund.
**If you exceed your time limit on stage in any event you will have 1/10th of a point deducted by each judge.
**Door Admission is $25 for everyone except the contestant. You will be issued a door badge and you must wear it to enter the ballroom.
**You must be on time for lineup when your group is called or you will lose 1/10th of a point from each judge.
**No cameras or video equipment are allowed in the ballroom. Professional photographers will be available. After the crowning the National Royalty will have pictures taken for promotional materials throughout the year.
**The deadline for entering the National pageant is January 9, 2002. There will be a $25 late charge for anyone who enters after the deadline. If you enter after the deadline please call the National Office at 502-968-1337 so that the proper paperwork can be taken care of before the day of the pageant.
**First registered is last out in line up. If you want to be a certain place in line up, please register early!!
We will try to accommodate your wishes dependent on when your entry form is received.
**Each contestant is required to bring a $5 gift that must be turned in at registration.
**If you have won any fees or nights lodging you must enter the pageant to utilize that prize.
**We do not double crown. If you win Grand, Mini or one of the National Overall titles you will not be crowned the beauty winner in your age division.
**Your level is determined by your highest cash winnings at one pageant excluding talent.
