Frequently Asked Questions
We provide all linens, pillows, bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, and blankets. We also provide a starter set of soap and toilet paper. Bring extra beach towels if you plan on spending a lot of time near the water, otherwise one trip to the grocery store should fill all your other room needs.
You can bring them, however, they can not stay in any of our properties. There are numerous reputable pet motels in the area that would be glad to look after them.
All of our properties feature ample free parking near the front door. There are restrictions at some properties for large trucks. RVs, and trailers.
Your local and 800/888 calls are free of charge. If you would like to make a long distance call you will need to use a credit or calling card. Each unit has a private telephone number which does accept incoming calls.
You must cancel at least 14 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. A $75.00 per night penalty fee will apply after that if the unit cannot be rebooked.
Maid service is not included; however, each unit is professionally cleaned prior to arrival.
