Eric Hall, 24, disappeared on Feb. 4, 2008 in Port Charlotte, Florida. Eric Hall had returned home after he sustained injuries while serving in the Iraqi war. Eric had been left with a permanent limp from a road side bomb in 2005, and also had been experiencing what is referred to as "combat flashbacks" from trauma he witnessed while in Iraq.
On Feb. 4, 2008, Eric took a ride on his motorcycle and it would later be found abandoned alongside the road. Eric seemed to have vanished without a trace. In the days since his disappearance, searches have yielded signs that Eric may be hiding out in what is called a "Spider Hole" which is a survival tactic he was taught while serving in the Marines. At this time, while hopeful of the current findings, Eric's family is turning to the public hoping that somehow someone has seen Eric and can help bring him home. Eric is need of medical attention and his situation is to be of a serious nature.
