About Me and the Ferrets

Hi, my name is Cindi....and me and my family own three ferrets, Spanky, Rascal, and Kit...we absolutely adore our little furries...oh and yes we own other pets too. Three cats...Dora, Jerry, and Tigger... And four dogs, Joe, Sadie, Coalie, and Daisy. I wanted to speak out and let people know that Ferret Rescue Shelters are set up country-wide and it is a person's best interest to try and check out these shelters. I got Kit from a pet store and I don't regret it, but I checked into it more and found a Ferret Rescue Shelter not far from me and visited it. I came home with two more ferrets...Rascal and Spanky. They are brothers and at the time that I got them, they were 3 yrs. old. The owner of the shelter didn't want to see them separated and I respected that. So, I now have these adorable little guys in my family and often I marvel at the idea of "how have I lived without them?" Ferrets are beautiful, funny, and loveable pets to own. I do advise to do some research on them before you get them. It helps you with any questions you may have on ferrets, and can save a life of one after you bring your little furry home! Also, have a vet in mind prior to getting one that deals with ferrets. Enjoy my site and let others know about it, too!
