Tommy's Secret Fashion Show!

Well, here I go. I promised myself that one of these nights I'd dress up in my little black dress and take a nice long walk, maybe to see my cousin Shelly or maybe over to Stephanie's. I haven't decided which one to surprise. Maybe neither. Maybe I'll just go sit out in my mom's rose garden and look at the moon. All I know is that I gotta go out somewhere and do something — I get awful frustrated sitting home alone looking like this!

I'd really like to go window shopping, or maybe to a movie. One of these day I'm going to do that!

Do you think I look grown up? I wonder. Mom gave me a funny look, remember? I'm just not sure if it's 'cause I look so femmy, or if she just thinks I'm nuts. Maybe both. Whatever the case, she did make sure to give me a kiss and tell me that I was her favorite daughter. Not bad, considering I'm an only child.
