Step six: You have turned your piece upside down, what was the top is now the bottom. The thread at the top is the beginning of the piece. The thread is now at the right hand side, go through the two beads on the side as shown. Put six beads on the thread.

The little circle with a straight tail is the needle. Make this chain to fit your wrist, neck, waist, or ankle. Then go to the other steps.
