X Bracelet Tutorial

This is step seven. Now follow closely. Make your chain snug but not tight. You can make the X center a little tighter. Go to the end of the chains. Oops, you are a flower or two too long. Now what? Even if it fits your wrist, neck or ankle, if two flowers over, you need one more on each side. If you are one over, you need two. Or if you want, go around the flowers where the last X stops, twice on each side, reweaving along the path, and cut off the offending flowers. Now, from the top two beads of the chain on either side, doesn't matter, put five beads on and make a line to the other top two beads of the other chain creating a link across. Go through this at least three times. This is the spot that will take the most stress. Tie off. Cut thread. Tie on again at least three flowers back at the other end of the chain and, reweave till you get to the two flowers on that top. Repeat , put five beads on and go through the top of the other chain, three times, reweave, go to the center of the across line, put on your fastener, reweave back and you have it.
