I also put up my photos from Key Club Convention. Check out the Fossum one's first, but these are kind of fun too: Convention 2001
Alright, seeing as how I've commented for every day this week, and I've already put my
weekend comment in, I suppose I have to choose a winner. Definitely, the fivesome (Kate,
Coulter, Paul, David, and Finley) deserve a really high spot, but overall I'll give
the week to Namba and Watkins. (Why? I just want to put up these pictures that I just got
back!) So the winners are...
Mr. Namba Namba
Watkins!
Hey Namba-- The capital of Finland! Ye-ah! Oh, and the explanations
were helpful, too, so thanks!
Watkins-- thanks for the high-five. I needed it. (Oh, and 3.5 hours of doing
nothing was rather fun! Just don't let me do it ever again!)
WEEKEND COMMENT:
Well, report cards are actually quite interesting. Let's see... Fossum forgets to fill in
a Work Habits grade (or maybe he's just insinuating that I don't work and thus have no
score on work habits.) Watkins puts S for Work Habits, even though I study about
7 hours for each of his exams. (What's wrong with that picture?) And Hughes puts something
like "Improper dress, no PE clothes" as a comment... go figure! At least Mrs. Holmes likes
me!!! GO HOLMES!
Thursday's Comment:
WAHOOOO!!! OMG, I can't even tell you how euphoric life is right now. I'm bouncing off the
walls. So today: You all rule!! Special thanks to Kate, Coulter, Paul, David, and Finley.
Of course! I mean, collectively you're @ #1. Watkins, even if I did bomb the test (I
probably did, but that's usual!) you still rank #2 because you are just amazing. Fossum,
you come so close, but you and Hughes rank in #3 (man, can that woman hug!!) Holmes,
you're cool, too. And Joopardy rocks. Hope you made it through the day OK, Joo. We all
deserve Spring Break. So now we're off to enjoy ourselves. HIP-HIP-HURRAY!!! I feel like
dancin'!!!
Wednesday's Comment:
Today, hrm... I dunno. I say curse history, because I know I'm going to get raped on
tomorrow's test. Majorly raped, dangit. And I almost want to say curse math, because
I'm frustrated with how stupid I feel doing it today. (I can't actually curse math
because it's the poetry of the gods, but oh, well, I come close to cursing it.) I'd
curse English, but we don't have much work this week. And well, I can't curse chem! So
today, HURRAY FOR YOU, MR. JOO!
Tuesday's Comment:
Today I curse the world.
I don't know why... I just felt like saying that. Anyway, I guess Watkins can be exempt.
I curse you for the reading we have to do, but I adore you for the comments on our DBQ.
So I'll blame the reading on Namba and exempt you from my curse. Anyway, not much else to
say, except check out a song called Olga's Birthday by Rose Polenzani (I think that's how
you spell it.) Tad disturbing, but I've really taken to liking the song.
Monday's Comment:
Ok, I'm really tired and worn out (again! Sorry!), so I'm not up to doing points this
week, either. Recap of the weekend: Fossum wins. (Why? because he's the only teacher I
saw, and of course anyone who goes to see Over the Rhine in concert is just majorly cool!)
Today... I'd side with either Fossum or Watkins. Both gave back test grades today, and the
stupid thing is that I'm more bummed about my math test grade, and that was a helluva lot
better than the almost-failing grade on my history test... Aren't I really psycho? Anyway,
I'm bored of doing this. Too much else to do. See ya!
