Week Beginning 9/10/01

Thursday's Commentary:
Once again, I'm exhausted. I didn't get home until around 9:30. Not fun. Anyway, here's the basic run-down:
0- Some people are slackers. And those people seem to gravitate towards Knightlife.
1- I don't like tests.
2- I have no power, no authority. I don't have voting power. Anywhere!
3- Don't even get me started.
4- I suck at analyzing poetry. I mean, really suck.
5- Too tired to remain awake or conscious throughout the period. 6- My feet were glued to the court, didn't make it easy to play effectively.
Basically, I'm being cynical/bitter/biotchy, whatever you want to call it. But it's getting late, and I got tons of homework to take care of. For those of you not doing homework- stop talking to me and making me feel stupid!

Wednesday's Commentary:
Too tired to comment. My body isn't designed to work this way. Boo hoo!

Monday's Commentary:
Life is getting slightly better. With the first assembly over, I've only really got the first Knightlife issue to get stressed out about. But then there's tennis and Board Meetings and homework and tests and all that jazz to stress about too. I figure I lived off of 4 hours of sleep per night with amazing teachers last year, so I'll need at least 5 hours each night in order to deal with the lack of Fossum/Watkins/Joo in my life right now. So here's the breakdown for the day:
0- Incredibly frustrated that the younguns didn't learn enough about writing over the summer. So the first issue is not going to be really good. It'll be a learning experience.
1- Stats is becoming more bearable. I pity Ms. Lee though, we've got the entire Kazanjy group in our class, so that's gotta make life miserable for her. Hope she lives through it.
2- ASB is good. Since I'm appointed, I'm stuck rotating into the Student Store to help Mrs. Ting. Cool! Haha. =)
3- Econ. What can I say. We laughed the entire class period. Why? Because Terry basically told us there was no need for us to exist, therefore we might as well be dead. Yep, that's right. Our econ teacher is advocating suicide, to some degree. She also thinks we want to be alive. Not if I have to suffer through my senior year, I don't.
4- Kasper. I hate in class essays. But Kasper's alright. I kind of like it how there is some structure to her class (unlike Econ), but at the same time, she talks about some interesting stuff and tells good stories.
5- Physics. I'm not particularly good in physics, and I'm not exactly sure what Carter is getting at during class. So I'm sorta confused about the whole thing. But I guess it's alright. I hope I didn't miss anything important by leaving early for tennis.
6- I hope we beat El Toro!! Good job JV (12-5)!

Winners of the day are Lee and Kasper. Aside of that- Fossum, you have no idea how much you're missed. Watkins, would you please teach me econ so I can leave that class behind me? Joo... take over one of my other classes, or hey, just drag along with the Asian posse!
