Philip walked in to find his wife dressing.

"Chloe have you heard?"

"I heard."

"Aren't you happy?"

"I am." She really was,but the thought of Jan being back was scaring her.The secert that they shared could destroy her's and Philip's new found happiness.

"You don't look happy."she walked over and kissed him.

"I am.This baby is just another kid to be spoiled with our love."She kissed him again."I can't wait! What do you think it'll be?Boy or girl?"

"I don't care,but I hope it's tw..."was all Philip could get out before Chloe covered his mouth.

"No!No twins!Giving birth to one baby was painful enough,I don't want to have two."He pushed her hand off.

"But I do."

"But I don't.Let's drop it.How about we go back to the party?"

"What party? The benefit ended two hours ago."

"Really?Then let's go home."He kissed her.

"Okay.I'm missing Ryan anyways." ***************** 2 days later It had already started.Chloe had spent all morning in the bathroom while Henderson took care of Ryan.Now that she had finally gotten out of the bathroom one of the maids had come to tell her that she had company.She slowly made her way down the stairs to come face to face with the only person she didn't want to see,Jan.

"What are you doing here Jan? Or should I call you Elizabeth?"

"Jan is just fine.Can I sit down?"Jan asked.Before Chloe could answer she sat down.

"Leave! Get out of my house!"she growled.

"Nope!"Jan answerwed as she got up and walked closer to Chloe."I'm not leaving until we talk."

"About what?"

"My son."

"What about him?"

"Don't tell me you forgot about the son Philip and I had.The one that you payed me two million dollars to disappear with."

"Excatly what do you want?"

"I want more money."

"No." Chloe said getting up and grabbing a drink from the bar.

"I wasn't asking you.I was telling you,I want more money."

"Well I'm not giving it to you."

"Oh you will give me more,unless you want Philip to know the truth."

" I'll tell him."

"No, you won't,I know you.That's why you payed me to disappear with your husban's mistake before he found out."

"So?"

"So since you won't tell Philip,you'll pay or I'lll tell him."Chloe looked Jan in the eyes.She wasn't bluffing,she would.She couldn't have Philip find out that he and Jan had a son,let alone know that she had known.But she couldn't just give Jan money,she wouldn't!She had to find a way to get rid of Jan without giving her money.

"Jan,how about you ask me for something else?"

"No!"Jan shouted pushing her down.Chloe got off the floor as quickly as she could and tried not to show Jan the fear that she was feeling."I want money!I wants lots of it and I want it as soon as possible or I'm going to get real mad,real soon.And if I get mad then something bad's gonna happen like this."Jan said grabbing the letter opener and cutting Chloe's wrist."This is your only warning!Next time it'll be worse,next time I'll go for your stomach."She said grabbing Chloe's face and bringing it close." I know about your pregnancy,your about a month or so along.If I don't get 20,000 dollars by tomorrow I'll make sure that your pregnancy's cut short."Then she picked up her purse and left.Chloe stared a few moments at the door before she rushed to the kitchen to clean the wound.She was going to have to pay Jan or risk losing her child.

"I won't let her hurt you."Chloe whispered as she rubbed her tummy."I'll do anything to keep her from you.I won't let hurt me again,for now we'll play by her rules.Just for now."Once the cut was vclean she went upstairs to change,Philip could never find out what Jan did.If he did,then the truth would come out.

Philip arrived home that night around ten.he was tired and he huried to his bedroom.He entered to find his wife already sound asleep.He brushed a stray hair off her face,placing it behind her ear.He started to leave when he heard her shuder,he pulled up the blankets and kissed her on the forehead.He was so glad that she was back and they were going to have another child.

Chloe woke up early the next morning.She didn't want Philip to see her cut because if he did he would ask how she got it and then would would have to lie.She didn't want to do that anymore,there where enough secrets between them already.Any more and she might go insane.Once she had showered and changed into a long sleeve shirt,to hid her cut, and a pair of jeans that still fit.She arrived in the kitchen to find Henderson prepearing to bring them there breakfest.

"Mrs.Kiriakis,what are you doing up this early?"

"I have to run some errands.When Philip wakes will you tell him I'll be back as soon as I can."

"yes ma'am."She grabbed her coat and headed out the door.Henderson watched her go.By the expression on her face something was bothering her and that something had her worried. *********************

"Rise and shine Master Philip."Henderson said as he set down the tray of food.Philip eyes fluttered open.

"Good morning Henderson."he reached to his right and found that Chloe's body wasn't there."Do you know where Chloe went?"Henderson sent down the tray.

"Yes sir,she said she had something to do and she'd be back soon."

"Do you know what it is?"

"No sir."

"Thank you."Henderson left leaving Philip to wonder where Chloe had gone.

Chloe had just gotten the money from the bank when her cell phone rang.

"Hello?"

"I'm in front of the Brady Pub.I'm waiting for my money."

"I'll be there soon Jan."

" I'll be waiting."Chloe hung up and sighed.She'd didn't like the fact that she was lying to Philip and keeping yet another secret from him.She put the cell back in her purse then drove to the pub.************** Jan saw Chloe's Explorer pull up.She walked up to her.Chloe rolled down her window and noticed the wicked smirk on Jan's face.

"Here's your money you bitch."Chloe said throwing a manilla envolpe in her face."Leave me alone."She started to roll up her window when Jan spoke.

"I'll call you for another payment soon."

"Go to hell!"she growled as she put the car in drive and rode away.Jan waved bye.This was coming out better then she had hoped.

"Don't be like that!"Jan said waving a finger at her."Remember be nice or the baby gets it."

"I just love blackmail!"she sang as she put the envolpe in her purse.She then walked away walking past Belle who was hiding in the bushes.Belle watched her walk away.Exactly what did Jan have on Chloe?
