The Federation of Auto Rodeo of Saratov was founded in 1994. It has conducted 57 performances in China, Poland, the Baltic states and the Commonwealth of Independent States.

The Federation of Auto Rodeo of Saratov is a nongovernmental organization. It has sixteen stunt master members. The federation is governed by a council. Vladimir Mikitjuk is the president. It is presently the only auto rodeo in Russia.

The Federation has a number of garages to house its equipment and tools. These items were rebuilt by members. It has three performance cars and go-charts for training teens to become stunt masters.

There are three core Federation activities. The first is the performance of auto shows. Currently, the Federation attempts to conduct ten performances per year.

The second is the training, education and development of young people. The Federation recognizes that young people are Russia1s future. Members are also aware that young people are at risk after school when not provided with social and educational activities. In other words, the Federation seeks to prevent youth drug addiction and crimes through their developmental activities. Classes for youth ranging in aging from thirteen to sixteen are conducted. These classes are free. Students are instructed in vehicle safety, mechanics and operations. They are also trained in stunt performing leading them to become stunt master. Older teens engage in the Federation's performances.

Finally, the Federation engages in professional development. New stunts are developed.
