How to use the product
To get going with it immediately!

Buy a "code-group"
consisting of 5 subcodes from us.

After payment send details of payment to our accounts department at [email protected]

After receiving your code-group go to a cybercafe,
any email or internet cafe, or a friend or relative near you where you
will have access to a computer already hooked up to the internet.
( If you have your own PC and directly hooked up to the internet then you
are ready to go).

Get the computer to the email mode

In the "To:" section type : [email protected]
-
In the "cc:" section type :[email protected]
-
In the "subject:" section:Type a letter
identification code from your code group.Type "REPLY" if one is required.
NOTE: The Letter Identification code
is the only compulsory one. It must appear on all mails. Without it
mails shall not be delivered.

Go to the body of the letter and,type in-full the address to which the
mail will be delivered on the top left hand corner.

Type the contents of the letter to be sent.

Write your name and address at the end of the letter. However if you have filled our registration form before and your
address hasn't changed, then only your full name will be required.

Send the mail and consider it delivered.
The product delivers amongst other things,

Immediate replies to your email address from Nigeria.

Urgent messages(e.g. Changes in travelling arrangements,
notifying relatives or friends on prearranged phonecalls)
Pictures and Greeting Cards can be sent to loved
ones by scanning them and storing on a diskette as a file. The
file is then sent to us the same way you send a letter. The picture and
content of the card is then processed by us and delivered. (Hint: Try www.arcamax.com
for cards)
NOTE: Letters can come in any language but must be written in
latin(english)alphabets for software compatibility.
Deliveries

Delivery of Lagos bound mails is done within 24 hours.

Western states bound mails are delivered within 48hours.
-
Mails to other parts of the country arrives between 48-72 hours
-
"Reply" categories of letter are for now only available in Lagos.

Reply to mails when delivered promptly are transmitted within 6hours after
delivery.
