Benjie,
Boyet might need our help one way or the
other. May I send it through my daughter JV?

at the rate prepians are ending up at makati
med, maybe we should put up
our own hmo. we have enough doctors and finance
people to put one
together. okay, i'm just kidding. hope boyet
turns out okay. just had
blood tests and found out my cholesterol level
is alarming. does anyone
know where i can get xenical? that should be
easier than laying off the
goodies.

Hi
Please extend my good wishes to Boyet. His last
communication to me was
last Sept 7 via chat. "Bayaran mo ang utang mo"
:-)
My prayers and good thoughts...

I hope Boyet is okay
And I think the rest of you should have medical
check-ups pagdalaw ninyo sa
hospital!
eq called boyet while we were there and told him
to wait until they take out the catheter. then,
he'll know what pain really is. gross!
anyway, boyet was just fine, laughing and kidding
and making plans to play tennis again.
guys, take care ok. like boo said, too many of us
are finding ourselves in the hospital. manny
seems to enjoy these visits. i don't. see you in
shangri-la instead on the 8th of oct. those kind
of visits, i like.

linsangan: the three of us were wondering what's
up with you guys. what's up, or down, or
whatever?

Ouch! Let's pray that everything comes out OK
in the end....literally.

Benjie, pls tell Boyet nothing beats a real thorough oil change and a new filter. Tennis alone won't do it. Ask EQ.

You're probably out of the hospital by now. Hope you are well
on your way to
recovery. Did you keep your stones for souvenirs?
By the way, I have worked in the hospital before with patients with
catheters, both men and women, and boy oh boy, I know they're not fun

Take care,
Edna
Subject: thanks (Stones in my Kidney part !1)
Manny,
Thanks for being there so I could forget the pain of the catheter.
Benjie too. EQ call was sure talking from experience when they
took out
my catheter is an experience something you can never forget and would
not like to have ever again. Sorry I could only send a message
at this
time since I have been out of bed only Monday. I checked out
of the
hospital Wednesday but the procedure (operation)) did not really get
rid
of all the renal stones some are stuck in the walls of my ureter so
the
doctor could not blast the stones. The solution is to dissolve
them so
I could pass them out. So right now I am at a stage where I keep
going
to the restroom to piss which is very uncomfortable. Hopefully I will
be
back to normal in a week or so. Thanks to everybody for the letters
and
calls. I even got an early call at the hospital from Arlette.
Don't
worry I can still make it to Ray's Birthday Bash.
Manny kindly broadcast this message to all the guys. The bonus
I got is
now I am on a Purine Diet, before I have a diabetic diet so if you
combine the two you are left with nothing to eat. Its a choice
between
the lesser evil diet.
