ps seriously, i'm rooting for EQ.  He said that he can't be secretary b/c he's a
Public-Admin-man and not an engineer.  But since when do you have to be a specialist to be a
manager?  What you need to know is how to get things done. Or, if in govt. service, you need to
know how to not to look bad when you're getting things done.
