Misc. Zippos Continued......
Here is one from a new series of four from the United States Postal Service. This one features a 29 cent stamp commemorating the first moon landing. DOM-July`97
This one I just picked up. It is a 1958 brushed chrome Zippo with a Sante Fe Railroad logo etched, and it was painted blue, but only about 3% of that paint still remains. It has lead a full life, the cam spring is even missing or broken. Overall though, not in too bad of shape, it even came in the original striped box. DOM-1958
Here is a 1967 high polished chrome slimline Zippo with the same blue Sante Fe Railroad logo etched and painted. This Zippo is still in mint condition, in the original box. DOM-1967
This high polished chrome slimline Zippo was purchased at the same store as the previous two, I was not aware of the Panama Railroad, but I got a good deal by purchasing all three. This too is in mint condition in it's original box. DOM-1974
This blue matte Zippo comes from R.J. Reynold's Tobacco Company. A "sister" company of RJR was called "Moonlight Tabacco Company." This, and the following five Zippos represent that company, and the cigarettes they introduced. DOM-June`97
Here is one of the lines of cigarettes produced by the Moonlight Tobacco Company, featuring a honey bee and the words "filter Cigarettes," and "Honey-Toasted Tabacco." DOM-June`97
Another line from the Moonlight Tobacco Company, "Politix." Around the hand giving the "peace" sign it says, "lighten up," and below the logo it states, "Join the Party!" DOM-June`97
This is a beautiful lighter. High polished midnight chrome finish, with a man smoking a cigarette with a cup of coffee. This line was called "House Blend" and it states on the lid, "Uniquely Aromatic." The scan does this lighter no justice! DOM-June`97
This white matte Zippo features the Elephant logo for the "Jumbos" line of cigarettes. It was, as it states on the lower portion their "wide guage filters" line. DOM-Sept.`96
And finally, this black matte Zippo shows the menthol line, "Icebox." The lid states, "Sure are a great smoke!,Fresh Taste, and Menthols." The lower portion says, "Icebox, Full Flavor, & Refrigerate For Maximum Freshness & Your Smooth Enjoyment." DOM-May`97
