New Process for Manufacturing Cement:
We have developed a very unique method of grinding ore for the mining industries. This same method of grinding will also work for grinding
clinkers to manufactured cement, as well as lower production costs. We started by putting your clinkers through our Rotary Crusher which 85%
will be quickly crushed to ¼ inch minus. The autogenous, high inerta, rotating accelerator has a 30 inch rotor, traveling at a rate of 14,000 fpm,
flinging clinkers against other clinkers lodged on a shelf in the middle of an annular opening. 80% of the energy in the projectile clinker is
dissipated on the clinker which is struck. The in place clinker is fractured, falls through the opening and is replaced on the shelf by the
projectile clinker. When compared to others of equal capacity, wear and tear on this innovative, lightweight, power-miser crusher is significantly
reduced by virtue of this clinker crushing clinker technique. Our Rotary Crusher is capable of crushing 240 ton per day.
The crushed material is then conveyed to our Vibratory Grinder which is capable of producing 12,000 lbs. of impact grinding force at a frequency of 3,500 cycles per minute. This is an application of pure impact force and not, by contrast with a conventional ball mill, attrition force,
consequently mechanical wear and tear on the grinding media is reduced to a point of nonexistence.the vibratory Grinder is driven by 7 ½ HP electric motor, rotating a central steel shaft with a 25 lb. eccentric weights at each end, causing an elliptical vibratory motion. The entire unit is suspended on a set of special alloy springs which directs energy in a calculated geometric pattern. The results is an extremely effective use of available energy. This use of pure impact energy reduces or eliminates steel losses and prevents contamination of the finished product. Contrary to a ball mill, no liners are needed and there is no need for heavy reinforced, cured-concrete foundations, allowing for more rapid installation times and lower site-prep costs. Our Vibratory Grinder is capable of grinding 100 ton per day.80% of the material being discharged from the Vibratory Grinder passes a 300 mesh sieve, 20% passes a 400 mesh sieve. What makes this system unique is you can eliminate dry storage of cement powder. Clinkers are much easier to store than dry cement powder. You need only grind what you are going to use or ship. When you turn on the system it starts producing immediately. We are looking for some one to buy the rights to start manufacturing and
marketing this unique product.

Huge printing market in Chile

Santiago de Chile (bfai)-Enterprises in Chile are looking for used and reconditioned printing machines.
The Andes country has with 2,900 printers a very strong graphic printing industry, which also serves the neighboring countries Brazil and Argentina. The slowdown in growth and a devaluation of the Chilean peso have led to a higher demand for used machines, which already have a nearly 50 percent share of the market. In Chile, practically all of the required printing machines are imported.

Bulgaria needs agricultural machinery

Technology not quite up to date: agriculture in Bulgaria

Sofia (bfai) - The continuing economic and financial crisis in Rulgaria has affected first and fore-
most the agricultural sector. Because of the lack of money for new acquisitions, 70 to 75 state-owned comyanies in the agriculture sector are being privatized. The expected 35- to 40-million-US-dollar (net) profit is to be appropriated for the purchase of tractors and combine harvesters. Used machines have good prospects.New laws should prevent the out-dated technology. The number of tractors has decreased to slightly above 14,000 since 1991, and thenumber of combines has decreased by 50 percent. The already low traction power of 72 PS/100 ha (Compare to 250 to 460 PS/100 ha in Western Europe.) has dropped to 47 PS/100 ha.The agricultural repair shops have in principle been liquidated. The trained specialists have either moved to another sector or have retiled. A "remedy" has been provided by state-owned companies for mechanized services and the unions. With ca. two percent, the private sector has only a small share of the market.

Romania Europe's tailors

Bucharest (bfai) -- The Rumanian market for textile machines is growing. More and more small busi-
nesses are buying simple, inexpensive machines. Mainly orders from Western Europe keep the clothing industry running at full capacity and also increase its economic importance. Over a third of the exported goods are textiles.Though the old and inefficient machines are being exchanged, Rumanian investors still tend to buy only second-hand machines. About 50 to 70 percent of the West European machinemade textiles are being proluced by the existing Rumanian production lines. Most machine manufacturers only offer leasing arrangements to the small companies, because limited capital and high interest rates make standard credits too risky.

INSIDER® High-Grade Steel Shells for Sewer and Drain
Rectification without Having to Dig Trenches
The sewer and drain rectification shell described below represents a further development of those rectification shells previously used in the field of sewer and drain renovation. The new development above all contains of the following features:
- A new type of locking system, as a resuiit of which there is no loosening of the shells under static load.
- Raised flanging of the shell outside edgges for the avoidance of scouring between the shell wall and the pipe wall during sewer and drain cleaning.
- lf necessary, the high-grade steel can bbe coated with plastics or resins, in order to achieve a greater capability of resistance to aggressive media..
1. Field of Application of the Rectification Shells
Basically, the rectification shell can be used in all fields of sewer and drain renovation, especially for application in the rectification of crack or ceramic fragment formation in rigid pipes (for example earthenware and concrete). The system offers both in the fields of council drainage and also renovation requirements in landfill drainage systems an economical alternative to conventional restoration processes not requiring trenches, both for damage to individual spots and complete sections of pipe runs.
2. Principle of Operation
As standard, the restoration system consists of two components:
- The high-grade steel rectification shelll with a new locking technique
- A two component epoxy resin coating (a wwater hygiene assessment can be supplied).
The rectification shell is coated on the outside with the epoxy resin to a thickness of between 0.3 and 1.0 cm as required. The packer is then positioned with the rectification shell fitted to it at the damaged spot under observation by camera and then pressurised with compressed air. The packer then inflates itself and presses the shell complete with resin coating against the pipe wall. The lock engages, the resin penetrates into the cracks and glues the shell against the pipe wall. As a result of the hardening of the resin, a sandwich construction is obtained.
3. Standard Components in the Product Line
The rectification shells are available for all pipe and tube sections encountered in drainage systems. Special designs such as slots and bores for the maintenance of the effective working of drainage can also be used for applications. The overall length varies in each case (this depends on the pipe diameter or, alternatively, the size of access shaft).
4. The Advantages
- The new "locking technique" prrevents unlocking of the rectification shell under static loading.
- In those areas with heavy traffic densitty (i.e. main roads, cross roads, etc.), there is hardly any disturbance worth mentioning caused by the traffic.
- The process application is quick and relliable. The rectification shell can be fitted within only a few minutes. No waiting time is necessary for hardening once in the drain.
- Excess resin is forced into the damaged pipe walls and, in addition, stabilises the formation of cracks and ceramic fragments.
- The rectification shell can be used for bridging of complete pipe cave-ins.
- The perforated sheet allows the rectificcation shell to have the best possible fit for the particular pipe size or tube shape.
- The high-grade steel shell protects the two component resin from chemical and mechanical stresses.
- Because of the rapid fitting time, theree is no need to have to drain down.
- There is very little reduction in cross--section.
5. Load-Carrying Capacity
The load-carrying capacity of restored pipe sections was tested by the Building Materials Institute of Prof Dr. of Engineering Rieche at Fellbach by means of peak pressure testing in accordance with DIN Standard 1230-2 or EN 295-3.
First of all the peak pressure was determined on 5 test samples (i. e. sections of the new pipes). Then the broken ceramic pieces of the test samples were assembled, some of which displayed in addition to continuous longitudinal cracks also the formation of ceramic fragments, fitted with tensioning bands on the outside and then the high-grade steel rectification shells, equipped with the reactive resin (i.e. based on epoxy resin), were fitted with the help of a packer.
Following this, the rectified test samples were subjected once again to a peak pressure test.
All rectified test samples were measured at a higher peak pressure than that for the new test samples. The arithmetical average for the peak pressure for the pipe sections in the initial condition amounted to 59 kN/m = 100 %, and that for the rectified broken ceramic sections of pipe was 90 kN/m = 153 %.
Result: The high-grade rectification shell INSIDER® improved the static loading capability of rectified pipe sections by an average of 1.5 times that for an intact pipe, which due to this became capable of ,-being self-supporting once again. This is- primarily due to the new type of patented locking solution. The mounting of the shell with a modified high pressure packer (patent applied for) inter alia renders it possible to recover up to 40% of the deformation of the peak fractures protruding into the pipe cross section. This new generation of high-grade steel sleeves sets new standards in sectional sewer pipe rectification.

Bosnien: Firmen investieren in umweitschonende Technik

Ungefähr 24 Milliarden US?Dollar sollen in öffentliche Infrastruktur? and Wohnungsbauprojekte sowie in die technische Modernisierung traditioneller Industriezweige fließen.

Polen: Handelsketten investieren weiterhin in Polen

Januar 2002 in Kraft getreten.

Lettland: Umweltsanierung macht gute Fortsch ritte

Mittel and Osteuropa: Wasserzähler gefragt

Landesweit entstehen Technologieparks, kleine Silicon Valleys, in denen Software?Firmen gute Rahmenbedingungen vorfinden and auch Steuervergünstigungen erhalten.
