teeheeratch:  the cute posture of continual aggravated bewilderment which is assumed by every other character on sitcoms and which is expected by the programmes' producers and writers to be the show's comedic basis.  

shimdoserlin: the combination of filtered, laconic visual imagery in television commercials, (commonly including shots of middle class people in cozy turtlenecks, plaid shirts and jeans who are gazing at the camera in such a beatific stuporific manner they seem to have been drugged by their banks or airlines or insurance brokers or brand of coffee or oatmeal or car before appearing for the shot) and ethereal choral or spiritual music as a means of confusing the target market into thinking that the consumer goods and services being promoted are somehow leading to the evolution of a spiritual-like serenity throughout the entire fucking world.

splee: that state of giddy mental disruption, including impaired concentration and loss of perspective, that accompanies acute infatuation with a warm sex object.
