Dawn
A dream I saw, a wisp of air
breathing slowly down your neck
twists and twirls through wrinks and curls
Winding down from Adam's Pass
Hoist the sail and set the mast

Another day to speed through time
Another tick towards death's embrace
And time refused to be reused
While we stay on Eden's Hill
And dreams which wished for time to still

And so before the rays of dawn
Which break upon our lonesome night
When we were one, our bliss had run
But quickly now I must depart
I will return to seek my heart
