OK, this has a MAJOR tissue warning! It's from Harry's POV. Yes, it is a P/T story, not any K/K at all. You'll see why it's Harry's POV. That's it! No more babbling! Read the story! I MISS YOU A LITTLE By: Lauren Taylor It's hard to believe it's only been three years. Three years since my life changed drastically. I guess I should start from the beginning. When they were dating. They were so much in love. You couldn't even think of one of them without thinking about the other one. They were never apart, never. It felt a little bad at first. I mean, they were my best friends, and suddenly, they're dating, and had this whole other life that didn't involve me. Turned out things were getting better. Or so I thought. Wait, maybe I should tell how the whole dating thing started before I go any further. Tom flirted with her for about five months, and then something happened while on an away mission. I was never fully informed of the details, but it was something big. That changed their relationship severely. They went back to flirting about a month later, and this time, B'Elanna actually flirted back. They had a fight one time, but made up. By this point, it was obvious to everyone but them that they were a couple. A few months later, they faced the fact that they were in love. After dating for about six months, they got married. The wedding was on the holodeck, in the beach resort. The two of them looked so happy. You could tell that they'd be together, forever. Who would have thought that forever would only be a year and a half? They were going on an away mission, in a shuttle. The atmosphere of the planet they were going to was not that stable. The shuttle crashed. Tom was killed instantly, B'Elanna was knocked unconscious. When we found them, they were holding hands. Together til the end. B'Elanna awoke a few hours later, and I had to tell her about Tom. The doctor then informed us that they had to perform an operation on B'Elanna, if she was to live. There was a very slim chance she'd live through the surgery, but no chance she'd survive without it. She didn't make it. Both her and Tom had been killed. Together for all eternity. There was no way she could have survived without Tom. It was like they were one person, instead of two seperate people. Without Tom, there was a part of B'Elanna missing. Losing them was the hardest thing I'd ever gone through. You don't get over something like that. I guess it would have been easier to get through, had Amy not been so young. Amy Margeret Paris. She was Tom and B'Elanna's life. They loved that little girl more than anything. She was only six months old. Not old enough to have even known what great people her parents were. How much they loved her, how much they loved each other... During the time when B'Elanna was awake, she told me that if she didn't make it through the surgery, that I was to take care of Amy, to raise her, and make sure she always understood that her parents didn't want to leave her. Amy's now three and a half. I've let her know everything about her parents. Beside her bed is a picture of them at their wedding. So much in love. The love that would never die. I'm still grieving for them. I practically break down into tears when I see Amy, her brown hair just like her mother's, and her father's blue eyes. She always asks me about them. If her mother was pretty, if they were funny, about the wedding... The wedding is one of the most vivid memories I have of them. I remember how beautiful B'Elanna looked in her wedding dress, how nervous Tom was that morning. I remember the reception, how surprised they were when I got up and gave them a toast. I remember when the couples all started splitting up, and I was dancing with B'Elanna. I remember every detail. Especially how much in love they were. Voyager hasn't been the same since losing its chief engineer and its chief helmsman. No one on Voyager's been the same since, either. It's just too... too... too empty without them. ************************************************* I miss you a little I guess you could say A little too much A little too often A little more everyday "I Miss You A Little" John Michael Montgomery *************************************************** THE END *sniff* Legal junk. Paramount owns them, I just like to pretend that I own them.
