1. Running More Then One Group: Do you find that you are turning girls away at registration? Do you find you are not enjoying the group as much since it became SO LARGE? Why not think about splitting into two and running them both on the same night! We did. For why and how click here

2. Parent Survey: One thing that we have found helpful is to send home a parent satisfaction survey each year. We send it out about a month before our year end party and ask for it back a couple of weeks later. We tally up the replies and post the results. We find it really helpful. 3. Program Book: One thing that we have been doing for quite a few years now is make more use of the Brownie Program Book by creating "a great keepsake of their brownie experience". It seems a shame for parents to purchase the book and not see it being used and enjoyed by their Brownie. To find out more about what we do click here
