This CD would had to fight TDNDOK for the best disc that Breaking World Records has put out, as the man that is DigitalCitizen places together excellent beats along catchy as hell electronic noises and fat rap beats. No instrument is safe from his masterful noodling, and the CD catches the DC himself in a variety of moods and styles. From extremely coherent and almost poppy songs at one end of the disc, one finds that the format of these songs is by no means fixed ; what may sound like a pop song in "Lounge 7" might degenerate into a purely jam session groove in "Wine and Cigars" and into a low-fi rap song in "Gulls Wake With Bullets Flying". There are simply too many layers to this disc for any one person on any one listen to possibly notice them all, and this is definitely a design by the Citizen himself. If you are not afraid to try something that is truely innovative, pick up this disc. If not, there are tons of other CDs that will pleasure your contex instead of throwing it into revolution like the Citizen's disc will. One note however, and that is for those who might not be computer genii, and that this is an enhanced CD. Again, one can pick this CD up for a song from Breaking World Records, and interested parties can check out the Citizen’s new works at his personal website, http://www.plasticfeet.com/digitalcitizen.
