A LightRaider who qualifies can become an Encourager. That means they support and encourage their RaidTeam. They can even raise their teammates abilities (not their own) using a Sacred Scrolls (Bible) reference. They can encourage up to the number of times matching their Merciful Compassion. WordRunes do not count and they can only use the same encouragement once a gaming session (so get a notebook of encouragement).
