Is it me or does it seem we're all angry with each other for something? Is there a reason we're all pointing fingers instead of taking responsibility? I'm not excluded from that, maybe it's easier for me to blame the republicans next door for voting for Bush. Or my job for taking advantage of me and paying me less then I'm worth to them. The truth is it's my fault as much as it's theres. And it's your fault as much as it is mine. We've forgoten something very important. They're scared of us WAY more then we're scared of them. We've forgoten we live in the UNITED States. Or maybe we only live in the States, as far as I can tell that's probably closer to the truth. We all walk around with wool pulled over our eyes and are content with blaming each other for gas being unreasonably high, or inflation rising while paychecks deflate. Democrat, Republican, Liberal, conservative, all sides of the same damn coin. They want us divided simply because it's the greatest, oldest and easiest strategy in the book.
In 1956 Herbert Hoover covertly introduced a new operation known as the Counter Inteligence Program or COINTELPRO. The program was designed to infiltrate the communist party of the UNITED States (CPUSA) but soon spread to include other "radical" parties such as the Civil Rights Movements and other "new left" organizations. Their tactics included infiltrating orginazations and causing division amongst members or falsifying documents and literature of said organization intending to stir contraversy within the community. All of that is fancy talk for dividing the peoples cause and conquering in their favor.
There has to be a point were we say no, and that point is getting closer and closer each passing day. They sell us lies at no money down and we buy it cause it's a good deal, but we get fucked on the interest. We need to realize no matter what side we're on we all want the same thing. It's not gonna matter much what political party you were a part off after a nuclear holocaust. The point is to get us UNITED again. We live in the Union, remember? The north won. Let's mobolize in order to form a more perfect union. If you want to help the cause, stop arguing with your republican friends why Bush is the Anti-Christ and talk to them about the issues that matter. The well being of America's children are at stake here. It's time to make a difference. Find out what matters to your community most and start there. You can write to your senator and tell him about the issue. Don't think your senator will do anything? Next time theres an election vote for one that will. The more local politians that are moral individuals, with their community in mind, the more chance we have of getting a good president that will fight for rights and the issues of the American people, NOT the corporations.
