The following is just general info and RULES about guild, meetings ,events and other stuff members should know.
Meetings
-- All meetings will have atleast a 3 day notice.all members that are on during meetings are expected to be at meetings (unless your in a group and too far away to make it).
meetings are held once a week by guildmasters to discuss promotions,events,answer any and all questions, listen to complaints and suggestions.
Promotions
-- Promotions are based on the following ,willingness to help other members,knowledge of game,personality,participation in meetings and events. WE DON'T PROMOTE on how many you invite to guild or who in guild you happen to be friends with or how long you been in guild ONLY GUILD MASTERS CAN PROMOTE and all promotions are done at meetings ONLY.
Events
-- we will be having several events for guild such as RAIDS,QUESTS,SCAVENGER HUNTS,HIDE N SEEK,TAG, rules for each event will be given before event and we will have atleast one event each week ELDERS ,GUILDMASTERS can make events.
Recruiting
-- there is going to be a two day wait on any possible new recruit once you have run with the person for atleast 2 days and are sure they are right for guild then feel free to recruit. once again we don't want selfish people or anyone that is only thinking about themselves in guild.We don't recruit the following races DARK ELF or TROLL no matter what the class is. There is no lvl limit on recruiting anyone from lvl 1-50 is welcome.
Banning Members
-- if at anytime we guildmasters feel a member is being cruel ,selfish,unhelpful or unwilling to help or participate in any meetings or events or just plain being a jerk we have the right to review and ban member with no hard feelings and nothing bad said about each other or guild.
Leaving Guild
-- if anytime you wish to leave guild for any reason feel free you don't need our permission . we know that people will come and go all that we ask is please do not tell anyone outside of guild why you are leaving if under bad terms we won't give you a bad rap and please don't give guild a bad rap.
Compliants
--Anytime you have a complaint we want you to tell guildmasters so we can resolve the problem and we will keep it PRIVATE no one will ever be told who complained about who or what
