| Check in is at 4:00pm on arrival date, and check out is at 10:00 am on departure date. This is a smoke free and a pet free home. Rates are $900.00 weekly, and $129.00 daily. Rates do not include a 13% Florida tax. Cleaning expense is $80.00. Pool heat, if desired, is $150.00 per week. There is a minimum 5 nights rental. |
| Deposits All payments must be received in full 14 days prior to arrival. Upon receipt of a $250.00 deposit, we will confirm your reservation. For your convenience, use PayPal or cash, check or money order. Refunds Cancellation policy: 14 days or less, full forfeiture of rent and deposit. 15-60 days $150.00 cancellation fee. 61 - 90 days $75.00 cancellation fee. 91 days or over, full refund. |
