Somewhere

Somewhere

Somewhere, someplace, somehow,
Your face, your touch, your smile.
Your love, I'll always need,
Someday, someway, somehow.

When I saw you standing there,
My whole world knew;
You were the only one I'd ever need,
The one who'd pull me thru.

You seemed to look right back at me,
You smiled through your pain.
I could tell, in just one moment:
You, I could never gain.

Somewhere, someplace, somehow,
You face, your touch, your smile.
You love, I'll always need.
Someday, someway, somehow.

I brought up my courage to face you,
To ask if I could take you out.
I thought you would, so I knew I could,
Take this risky chance.

You told me you'd been hurt,
You couldn't trust again.
I begged you, please, give me a chance...
To help you love again.

Somewhere, someplace, somehow,
Your face, your touch your smile.
Your love I'll always need.
Someday, someway, somehow.

Please girl...know I need you (Know I need you girl)
Know your needed in my life...( I need you here with me)
Know your love is needed here. (I wanna help you love)
To make me feel all right. ( I'll feel better with you by my side.)

You took my hand:
To give me that chance...
You're feelings, I see are clear,
You now, girl...I'll always need you,
Every moment of every year...

Somewhere, someplace, somehow...
Your face, your touch, your smile.
Your love, I'm glad I have,
You heart I'll handle with care.

Somewhere, someplace, somehow,
Your face, your touch, you smile.
Your love, I'll always need.
Someday....someway...somehow...

"I believe that everyone in this world has a soul-mate, two actually. One is your best friend and one is your lover. When you find them, take it slow, you can never be sure how many times they've been hurt." -E Gildenzoph
