Feelings

Feelings

I know this feeling,
Oh, too well.

The feeling of hurt,
The feeling of pain.
The tears that come,
Like warm summers rain.

Sometimes it feels good,
To let your feelings out.
Sometimes you feel you have to keep them in.
They just mustn't spout.

The feeling I know,
Oh, just to well.
It's that of loss,
That of grief, sorrow, and pain.

Sometimes I don't know how to deal with this.
So I sit there and do nothing,
Nothing,
Nothing at all.

Sometimes I just can't stand it anymore.

So I cry,
And cry.

I lay in my bed,
In the middle of the night,
And cry.

I cry in the classroom.
And on the bus.
In the car.

And you know what?
It feels good,
To let my feelings out...
