Dreamer

Because The Dreamer Never Wins

Verse:
Promise and forgotten dreams,
From your face, each of them beam.
Your eyes are full of sorrow, they're darkened with pain,
And your tears fall gently, like a cool spring rain.

The hopes that you have, falling aside,
You have to be strong now, try not to cry.
The tortures that strain your every move,
You have to hold on now, you cannot lose.

Chorus:
As the dreamer dreams, and the morning comes,
And the hearts of color, fade with no love.
The dreamer know's better then the real people do
The dreamer know's that dreams will never do...
Because the dreamer never wins...

Verse:
The pains of your life, crumble to the ground,
And all around you, your world tumbles down.
As you strive to hold on, but feel no one cares
You can't help but wonder, what if you weren't there.'

The pains of your life, so strong and so cold,
You have to hold on, you have to be bold.
No matter the torture, the pain and the sorrow,
You must be strong, there might be tomorrow.

Chorus:
And the dreamer dreams, and the morning comes,
And hearts of color fade with no love.
The dreamer know's better then the real people do
The dreamer know's that dreams will never do...
Because the dreamer never wins...

Bridge:
Hopes and promises...love and farewells
Crash through dreams, like the tale-telling bells.
Dreams never win, so neither will you
Dreams fall around you...the old and the new...

Chorus:
Because the dreamer dreams, and the morning comes,
And the hearts of color fade with no love.
The dreamer know's better then the real people do
The dreamer know's that dreams will never do...
Because the dreamer never wins...
