Senshi Uniform: Red-orange skirt and lapels, yellow-orange stripe on lapels, yellow-orange bows, white gloves that go to upper arm, (brown) clematis vine tiara with a topaz stone, white knee socks and dance sandals (sandal with pad only at the ball of the foot and strip goes between big toe and others then wraps around back of the heel)

History: Her family is deeply steeped into honor and tradition. They have their bloodline traced dedicatedly to Rei Hino. They have always served the Royalty of the Imperium Silver Crystal. The Hino famly expects one of their family will become the new Sailor Mars. They all believe Toshiko will be, because she looks just like Rei even though she has no skill. Kimi inherited Rei's physic abilities, but is to frightened of it and doesn't want to have anything to do with the family honor. Senshi has been raised to uphold the family honor so much that she studies the bloodline constantly, thinking it's the only thing in the world that matters. This makes her stuck up. She fantasized about being Sailor Mars and tells her little brother, Kowashi, stories about Sailor Mars.
