Physical Appearance: Elliot stands roughly at 5'5" and is of slightly well defined build in his torso and arms because of his intense training. His eyes are light brown and his hair is sandy blonde. His skin tone is slightly pale from exposure to his home planet's atmosphere. He normally wears comfortable or loose clothing but wears a white suit with his family's royal emblem on the right shoulder area to formal occasions. Though Elliot has not reached this point yet, he grows 6 inches when he morphs into a Weretiger.
School Uniform: Elliot never went to school but was tutored so he does not have one
Senshi Uniform: Elliot's only changes is appearance when ready to fight, is that he will be wearing his fighting gloves or holding his whip.
Weapon/Tool: Elliot has a whip and fighting gloves both infused with the fire elemental

Strengths: Elliot is strong against Light and fire elements, is agile, and has above average strength.
Weaknesses: Elliot's pain thresh hold, defense, and endurance are not very well developed. He is also weak against darkness and water elements.
Transformation Phrase: Elliot merely needs to have the want to fight while wearing his regal ruby ring given only to his royal family. However, when Elliot transforms into his Weretiger form he may let out a shout of pain followed by mad growling.
Powers -
"Sun Ray" - Elliot holds his palm to the sky and says at voice level, "Sun Ray." This is followed by a beam of sun hot fire opening up the sky and bearing down on the individual enemy sometimes causing temporary blindness.
"Healing warmth" - A star shaped red piece of energy comes from Elliot's body into the target draining Elliot to heal his ally.
"Flash Flame!" - Elliot holds his fore arms up near his shoulders and calls out "Flash Flame!" This is followed by a swirl of flame surrounding Elliot, then shooting out toward his enemy. This can hit more than one target but not very many.
"Flare Flash!" - Elliot's whole body trembles and he yells at the top of his lungs "Flare Flash!" This is followed by a funnel of white hot fire growing around Elliot hitting everything around him. This drains Elliot a great deal leaving him barely conscious most of the time, hurts his allies if they are with him, and burns everything in a mile radius even underground.
Weretiger form: Elliot can only reach this point at extreme rage and it increases every aspect of his strength and he can only do Flare Flash while in this form.
History: Elliot comes from the planet Luminous in a neighboring galaxy to the Milky War. Elliot's family was of royal blood and rules Luminous well, keeping its people happy. The major difference in Elliot's family was that they had unique magical abilites and once every millenia a person of royal blood could train to attain the Weretiger ability which gave the person extreme fighting abilites. Elliot's mother, the empress, divorced Elliot's father when he was young because he proved to be a poor father figure for her two sons and daughter. Elliot found a mentor in his grandfather who was Luminous' former emperor. The ex emperor then taught Elliot about fighting with his bare hands as well as how to use a whip and how to utilize his magics quite well. Luminous and its moon, Omble have been at war for nearly a millenia over territory and resources and Luminous' Empress and Omble's Emperor decided to make a treaty and seal it by having a prince of Luminous and princess of Omble marry and have offspring. This enraged Elliot since he did not even know the girl and his grandfather took pity on him. Unknown to the rest of Luminous, Elliot and his grandfather had been working on a space travel device while the rest of the planet was busy with the war and Elliot's grandfather gave Elliot the ship which could take him as far as to another galaxy. So after Elliot completed getting supplies he left a goodbye note and blasted off to a random spot in the universe. That spot happened to be in direct trajectory with Earth.
Dreams and Goals: Elliot always wanted to be a doctor and enjoys helping people. He hopes to find his own special place in the universe and leave his mark so that he may be remembered for his deeds.
