Hometown: Cambridge. Nebraska
Current Residence: Hardin, Montana
Occupation: Pharmacist with the INdian Health Service branch of the U.S. Public Health Service

Hobbies: my kids athletic events, pheasent hunting, fly fishing

Favorite Husker(s): "Uncle" Jerry Minnick for obvious reasons. Disqualifying blood relatives, several others. Tony Davis (I got number 25 all 4 years of high school football, Jeff Kinney, Johnny Rodgers, Roger Craig, Turner Gill, Tommie Frazier, Grant Wistrom, and a host of others.

First game: A frigid Iowa State in 72 or 73. Dad and I went down and got student tickets from my brother. My dad tried to get me to leave because I was so cold, but I wouldn't have any part of leaving.

Favorite Moment(s):

1 - Game of the Century - after the game my friends and I went out in the yard and recreated all the exciting plays.

2 - Seeing the look on my two oldest kids' face as we stepped out of the ramp and into Memorial Stadium for their first game. Both of which announced that they wanted to go to UNL after the game.

3 - Being in Lincoln on any given Saturday with a home game. Is there a better feeling?

What it means to be a Husker: I get great pride knowing I call Nebraska home. Trying to explain to people I meet what this thing called Husker football is all about. I love wearing any of my big red apparel. Getting that lump in your throat with the "tunnel walk".
