Favorite Husker(s): Rick Berns and George Andrews( they were my group leaders to an FCA camp I attendeded in 1977). Rick was an unbelievable athlete and human being. Rich Glover, Jeff Kinney (Dad worked for the same company as him-Nebraska Iowa Express NIX), Scott Frost (hung with him when most everyone else wanted his head), Eric Anderson (knew his grandfather, may be rest in peace), and Frosty Anderson (same high school and I went to school with his sister), Roger Craig, Mike Rozier (came to the bar I ran after college, PO Pears), Tough Tony, Kerry Weinmaster, Keny Walker, and Andra Franklin (he broke my hipsled record of 945 when he was a junior. Great guy.
Best Husker moment(s): "Game of the Century" (71), the a$$ whuppin we put on Florida, and the last Big 8 game game versus Oklahoma (the last game I took my dad to before his cancer confined him). Again, the longer I think about it, the more there are.
I enjoy Husker football, baseball (now that the idiot Saunders is gone), stock car racing and Atlanta Braves baseball (25 year fan).
