The Rashids with Professor Gomez at the fifth annual Noche Dorada
Our fifth annual Noche Dorada at Dartmouth was the best yet. Hermanos Omar Rashid '00 and Ali Rashid '01, who helped begin the tradition of Noche Dorada at Dartmouth College, were in attendance along with their parents. The keynote speaker was a former Dartmouth Professor, Dr. Christina Gomez, who is now teaching in Chicago and will be back at Dartmouth guest lecturing in the years to come. Along with the speaker, guests enjoyed a wonderful dinner, an opening adress from the LUL Alumni, including awards, a formal party at the event, and an afterparty downstairs that night. Congratulations to the undergraduates for keeping this tradition alive with full spirit and congratulations to all the alumni and everyone else who helped make this event a success!
