  • Terry and wife Beth have one son, Austin James.
  • Injuries cut short Terry's 2007 season after a red-hot start (.600 BA, 6 doubles, 5 homers, and 22 RBI in 9 games).
  • Terry led the 2006 Worms with a .674 batting average and doubles with 11.
  • A knee injury in 2004 derailed Terry's attempt to win three straight MVPs after a strong start to the season. Terry was still second on the team in homers (8) and RBI (67).
  • Was named to the all-tournament team at the 2002 Texas State Tournament.
  • Hit 11 homeruns in 2002, to lead the Worms for the fourth straight year. Also drove in 81 runs to lead the team.
  • His 23 home runs in 2000 is all-time Worm record.
  • Was involved in a alcohol related incident at City Limits Restaurant following the Denison tournament in 1994, that resulted in the Worms being kicked out of the restaurant.
  • To top that effort, reached rock bottom when he was kicked out of Scooters on November 10, 2001.
  • Was named the 2002, 2003, and 2006 Tequila Worm MVP by the DWWA (Drunk Worm Writers Association).
  • Is the Tequila Worms all-time leader in home runs (134) and RBI (766), and ranks second all-time in doubles (166). Terry is third in runs scored (635), at bats (1467) and triples (44), and fourth in games played (446), and hits (810).
