  • Bronco's .689 average in 2008 led the Worms, and was his fourth straight year above .620.
  • Had streak of 9 straight years of 10+ doubles end in 2006, but has 10+ doubles in 13 out of last 16 years.

  • "Gosh dang, Bronco....your glove is like magic. Sometimes it looks like you are ten feet away from the ball, but it still ends up in your glove." Mike McKee, circa 1997.

  • "Hell no! Unless they'll let me pitch from second base." Bronco circa 2000, after Bobby Cecil asked him if he wanted to pitch during the Denison All-Night Tournament (In the previous inning, Bobby had been hit in the face by a line drive against the Bomb Squad - a team that hit the ball hard throughout the lineup).

  • "Hey Bronco, if you hurry you can still make last call at Scooters." Mike Young, circa 2001 (This was in Denison at 1:30 in the morning. The previous night, Bronco got pulled over in Allen at 1:30 trying to make last call).

  • "There are no gay Worms." Bronco, circa 2002
