BACON AND CHEESE STUFFED POTATOES (Submitted by the Original Bronco and Mrs. Bronco) |

6 large baking potatoes 3 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 3 Tbsp. milk 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine 3/4 tsp. salt Dash pepper 6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled Bake potatoes at 350�F for 1 hour or until fork-tender. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out centers, leaving 1/8-inch-thick shells. Mash potatoes. Add cheese, milk, butter and seasonings; beat until fluffy. If potatoes are dry, beat in small amount of additional milk. Stir in bacon; spoon evenly into shells. Place in shallow baking dish. Bake 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with additional cheese, if desired. . |
