10 lb bag potatoes 3 onions Salt Black Pepper Butter Garlic Powder Peel and cut up potatoes. Peel and cut up onions. Put potatoes in large pot, and fill with water. Sprinkle with salt. Add 1/4 lb butter. Bring to boil and drain. Put onions in a pan. Sautee onions in 3/4 lb butter. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Bring to boil. Mix potatoes and onion in large pot. Add salt and black pepper to taste. |
