CHICKEN PIE

2 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can of milk (2 times, keep separate)
1/2 cup frozen mixed veggies (optional)
1 cup bisquick
1 egg

Mix chicken, cream of chicken, 1/2 cup of milk, and veggies well and spread in an ungreased pie plate.

Mix bisquick, 1/2 cup of milk, and egg with fork until blended and pour on top of chicken mixture.

Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown on 400 degrees.
