CHICKEN FRIED STEAK

Pkg Tenderized Round Steak or Cubed Steak
1 qt Butter Milk
Flour
Season Salt
Garlic Salt
Pepper
Salt
1 qt Vegetable Oil (or whatever you prefer)

Cut steak into desired sizes and trim any unwanted fat. Place pieces into a bowl, and pour buttermilk and marinate (at least 2-4 hours; the longer the better). Take flour and place in a bowl and season to desired taste. Place oil in a pan and heat to 350 degrees (or drop a little flour into the grease and if it sizzles around grease, then it is hot enough). Take a portion of steak from the buttermilk and dredge in flour. Place in hot oil, cook until golden brown and flip over and repeat. When done place on a napkin to drain. Serve with gravy.
