CREAM CHEESE CHICKEN (Submitted by Mike McKee) |

4 skinless chicken breasts cut into bite size chunks 1 tsp salt 2 tbs Italian seasoning 2 sticks margarine 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 packages cream cheese 1 package egg noodles Melt margarine in crock pot or pot of same size on the stove. Add chunks of chicken, salt, and Italian seasoning and simmer until chicken is done. Add soup and cream cheese. Continue simmering until cream cheese is melted Serve over cooked egg noodles. |
