BRONCO'S CHILI

2lbs- Ground Chuck
1- medium Onion (diced)
1- 46 oz can of Tomato Juice
Cayenne Pepper (to taste)
3- Tbsp. Chili Powder
1- Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1-Tbsp. Sugar (takes the bitterness of the chili powder out)
1- 14 1/2 oz Can Delmonte diced tomatoes (undrained)
3- cans of Kidney beans (16 oz-UN-drained)

Brown Ground Chuck and onions In a Large pot. Add tomato juice, beans and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2 hours. You can also add pace picante sauce to this while cooking.
