BEEF JERKEY

1 lb of flank steak cut thin 3/4 to 1 inch wide with all fat cut off
1/2 cup of soy sauce
1 tsp. of liquid smoke
4 splashes of worchestershire sauce
2 tsp. of powdered garlic
1 tsp of black pepper
2 tsp of brown surgar

Marinate for 8 hours and then tap dry with papper towel. Then slow cook in oven for 8 hours on 150 degree's.
