| Once again, the Worms rally out of a big hole, this time trailing 11-0 early, and 13-3 after 2 1/2 innings. But the Worms rallied for 4 in the bottom of the third to get close, then erupted for 8 in the fourth to take the lead. Ken Washington led the assault, going 2-3 with 2 homer and 4 RBI. John Amelio was 3-3 and also had 4 RBI, and David Birchfield was 3-3 with 2 RBI. |
