| The Worms showed up thinking they had already won the league title. However, they were told that they had to win. And that's just what they did. The 33-9 route included at 4-4 peformance from Terry Fabian that included a double, three homers, and 7 RBI. Ken Washington also went 4-4, as did Randy Cain. Bubba Tipton was 4-5. David Rohr, David Birchfield, Paul Halton, and Larry Wortham all added 3 hits each, as the Worms went 33-41 as a team. |
